We really excel at adding the final polish to each product that we create, and take a lot of time to observe the market trends and rethink what will make players excited when they play Playson.
Our promotional tools, such as tournaments, short races, and reel or fortune, enhance the gameplay experience by fostering competition and rewarding players. This year, we've launched a €6M network promotion which offers diverse formats to engage different player segments.
Technology plays a key role in engagement. Our proprietary xPlatform ensures seamless gameplay with record spin times and cross-jurisdiction compliance, enabling players to enjoy uninterrupted sessions regardless of location.

VL: New regulated and emerging markets remain in the key focus of prominent industry players. Brazil is a big example, and we're fully committed to sustainable growth in similar jurisdictions.
We will continue to create exciting games and mechanics within the challenging and complex regulatory environment, exploring new game mechanics and leaning in game families that we have expertise with, and finding powerful combinations of both.
Our roadmap includes expanding our promotional features and adding gamification tools to help operators create efficient loyalty programs. We’ll continue to improve our tech stack and introduce platform solutions that will further improve the responsiveness of our games across all geographies, regardless of player's location in the world.
With a focus on regulated markets, we are entering new territories and developing features that align with player demands, ensuring Playson will always deliver #MORE in this evolving industry.
CW: Do you see AI playing a role in the future of online slot development at Playson? If so, what potential changes or improvements could AI bring to the gaming experience?
VL: AI currently has a lot of value in the production process, accelerating creative and development stages, but the technology is not there yet to really disrupt the landscape.
However, the introduction of more and more sophisticated language and vision generative models will free up more time for deep creative work, and development of AI agents will help automate many operational processes - that is something to look after.
So AI at the current stage is a tool in the pipeline rather than a silver bullet, and as any tool should be used where appropriate but not everywhere.
CW: Looking ahead, what can players and partners expect from Playson in the coming months? Are there any exciting new releases, features, or developments on the horizon that you can share with us?
VL: In the coming months, Playson is set to deliver an array of exciting experiences for players and partners. This festive season, we’re thrilled to launch a Christmas campaign designed to bring joy and entertainment. Highlighting this initiative is our €1 million network promotion campaign enhanced by the festive-inspired releases like Jingle Coins: Hold and Win, Merry Giftmas: Hold and Win and 25 Cookies: Hit the Bonus, blending engaging gameplay with seasonal charm.
