    New Playtech live casino launch for Switzerland

    A new Playtech live casino studio facility is now available for Swiss Casinos within the capital city of Zurich.

    Across the globe, the online casino industry is seeing a range of changes and improvements. For Swiss players, the action is about to become even better with the launch of Playtech's new live casino.

    The gambling technology giant announced that they are launching a new live casino studio facility in the Swiss capital city, Zurich.

    Playtech goes live in Switzerland

    The new studio is built on the existing Swiss Casinos’ site in Zurich and is considered one of a kind among Swiss casinos. While being the first of its kind in Switzerland it is also the second of its kind amongst EU casinos.

    Currently, Swiss Casinos operates four land-based casinos across Switzerland. They first partnered with Playtech in 2019 to launch an online casino within the country, and again in 2020 to launch the Playtech online poker network. Now they partner once more for the launch of live casino games.

    With this new studio, Swiss players will be able to access all the best Playtech live tables directly via the casino website. This includes a wide range of live roulette games as well as popular table games such as blackjack which will be available in various formats.

    Popular games you can expect to find online include Live Roulette, 7 Seat Blackjack, and All Bets blackjack.

    All the table games are hosted by real dealers that are professionally trained. The game takes place in real-time, and dealers are native-speaking to ensure the best possible gaming experience.

    A close partnership with Playtech

    According to the senior customer relations manager for Playtech Live, Margarita Terlanova, the new Playtech Live studio in Zurich is evidence of the close partnership that has been forming between Playtech and Swiss Casinos.

    Terlanova states that the teams are working closely together which allows them to release industry-leading online experiences bordering on what it feels like to play inside one of the actual land-based Swiss Casinos. The partnership allows them to create an authentic experience that players will enjoy.

    The online director for Swiss Casinos, Patrick Mastai, states that the new live dealer offering available to customers is one difficult to rival.

    Mastai says it is not just new but the first of its kind in Switzerland and built on an incredibly high standard.

    The close partnership between Swiss Casinos and the Playtech Live team has been beneficial to both. And Swiss Casinos is eager to continue developing the partnership as they grow their own product and content offering within Switzerland.

    What the future holds

    Playtech aims to enrich the Swiss industry with a range of high-quality online casino games. The live casino studio, for example, is of the highest quality and delivers an online experience that closely resembles real-life studio gameplay.

    For Playtech Live, it is important to continue to grow and they aim to lead the way in creating an entertainment-led experience that not only delivers in terms of gameplay but also presentation. The Playtech Live team is confident in the new Live Casino studio and the exceptional gaming experience players will have.
