Amusnet makes land-based debut in Peru's gambling market

Amusnet officially enters Peru’s land-based gaming market, unveiling its first slot machines at Atlantic City Casino.

Amusnet has entered Peru's land-based gaming market by introducing its slot machines at Lima's Atlantic City Casino on 28 April 2026.

This is Amusnet's first physical rollout in the country and the latest step to unify its land-based and online gambling offerings.

High-profile launch

Amusnet enters Peru's land-based gaming market. What's next?

The landmark debut came with a high-profile launch event, where over 200 guests attended, including industry leaders, players, and media.

The game provider used the occasion to showcase its premium S55J cabinet with a live demo by popular streamer Matt Keelan. The purpose of the display was to show how the same game library moves between mobile play and the physical machines.

The event also featured a cocktail reception and a live performance by the Peruvian comedian Fernando Armas.

The star of the show

Even though the event wasn't strictly a product launch, the S55J cabinet, with its HQ 55-inch 4K monitor, was at the centre of the evening.

The machine is designed to carry the game studio's top-performing online slots into land-based entertainment venues, aligning with their goal to unify online and offline gaming with content you can trust across multiple platforms.

During the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, a group of players got the chance to be the first to test out the new machines. These exclusive participants were also awarded a special online incentive and branded merchandise.

Another milestone for Amusnet

The move strengthens Amusnet's presence across both online and land-based channels. Titles that were previously available on mobile and desktop are now on the casino floor, too.

This conveniently positions the game provider as a leading figure in the connected gaming experience within the Lat-Am gaming market.

Juan José Castillo, Director of Amusnet Peru, shared that this launch is not just about introducing new machines but also bringing the Amusnet experience closer to players who already enjoy the games online.

Castillo also added that Atlantic City was a natural choice, as it's considered a benchmark in the country’s entertainment scene.

Deputy Product Manager at Atlantic City, Nicomedes Ponce, also commented by calling Amusnet an important partner to Atlantic City. And that they are happy to have been considered to be the first to incorporate their machines in the country.

The joint launch responds to that vision and already points towards positive results. Ponce also stated that they are satisfied with the reception and confident that this new proposal for the physical world will set new standards for the entire market.

Next moves

This is Amusnet's first land-based steps, but not its first entry in the country. The game studio has already been active in Peru's online gambling market.

However, given that Peru is considered one of the hottest markets for gambling, it's no surprise that the company is looking to strengthen its presence there and is using pre- and post-event activity to drive awareness of its new products and plans to follow.
