CW: First of all, thank you for this interview! We are happy to talk to you as SOFTSWISS is a great company in the online gambling industry, and it’s our pleasure to do so. You recently announced your expansion to the South African market. How has this worked for you so far?
TK: The South African market is one of the key focuses for our business this year. SOFTSWISS acquired a significant stake in Turfsport, a seasoned South African software supplier, accelerating our entry into the market. Now, we are starting to see the first results of our endeavours.
Recently, SOFTSWISS acquired certification for its Casino Platform and Sportsbook in South Africa. Now certified under the South African B2B manufacturer licence, SOFTSWISS is well-positioned to expand its offerings in this burgeoning market.
In addition to this, SOFTSWISS received certification for the biggest game providers and now can supply the most popular in South African market games from Spribe, Evolution and Pragmatic.
Before entering any market, we always conduct thorough research to understand players' preferences and offer relevant content. We know that Aviator from Spribe attracts many South African players, so we made sure to include this game, along with others, in our offerings through the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.
CW: Of course, we also cannot miss to mention the great news regarding the Crash Game Tournaments. Tell us more about that!

TK: Over 50 delegates from SOFTSWISS will attend this event. They are ready to consult on starting an online entertainment business from scratch or improving an existing company using the SOFTSWISS product ecosystem.
Our stand will captivate everyone with its unique activities and design. As this event will be held in Amsterdam for the last time, we have decided to pay tribute to the city's culture by incorporating a special and unusual concept into our stand.
CW: In your opinion, how are these events helping the industry, and what’s your drive for attending them?
TK: First and foremost, this event provides an opportunity to meet partners in person, exchange information, and share energy. Building and maintaining live contact with those you work with is essential. It’s also a chance to showcase our company’s approach and achievements, as well as to observe what others are doing. These exhibitions attract large and small market players, allowing us to effectively form a community and network.
CW: Last but not least, we are more than excited to follow the SOFTSWISS journey! Can you tell us what more we can expect from you by the end of this year or the following?
TK: We have ambitious growth plans. We already boast the largest portfolio on the market, with over 23,500 games. We actively collaborate with game providers and ensure the quality of our content. Our technological advancements are also notable. Clients of the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator can use the Tournament Tool for any tournament and seamlessly launch the Jackpot Aggregator for both branded and Network Jackpots.
